What exactly is The Mind & Body Project?

It’s our 12-week personalised coaching programme designed to help you build confidence, strength, and structure both physically and mentally. We focus on training, nutrition, mindset, and support, tailored fully to your goals and lifestyle.

Do I need a gym membership to do this?

Not at all. We coach people who train at home, in commercial gyms, and everywhere in between. Your programme is built around your routine and what’s realistic for you no pressure to train 6 days a week or lift barbells if that’s not your thing.

What happens on the consultation call?

The consultation is a relaxed, 30-minute chat where we’ll get to know you better your goals, lifestyle, training background, struggles, and what kind of support you’re looking for.

There’s no pressure or pushy sales talk. It’s just about seeing if we’re the right fit to work together. If we are, we’ll map out the next steps.

What kind of support will I get?

You’ll have direct access to us via WhatsApp, plus weekly check-ins and ongoing communication throughout the full 12 weeks. We're in your corner, guiding, adjusting, encouraging (and calling you out when you need it).

I’ve tried loads of plans before. What makes this different?
